Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Unleash Your Kink, every item is made to order — produced uniquely for you once your purchase is placed. Because each product is custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Your satisfaction matters to us, though, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the policy below for situations in which we can offer a replacement or refund.
🔧 Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ll make it right.
You can request either:
A free reprint of the affected item(s), or
A full refund of the item(s).
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 20 days of receiving your order.
Submit a photo clearly showing the problem via our Submit Issue Form.
If the issue affects multiple products using the same design, please include one photo or short video showing all affected items together in one frame for confirmation.
Once verified, our team will promptly process your replacement or refund.
🚫 Returns and Exchanges Not Accepted
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:
You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant.
You changed your mind after ordering.
The item matches the product description and was printed correctly.
Please double-check your size chart and product details before completing your order.

Go to our Submit Issue Form.
Include your order number, email address, and a clear description of the problem.
Upload your photo(s) showing the issue.
Our support team will review your submission and respond within 2–3 business days.
